Get in front of buyers mid-settlement.

Owned is where property buyers run their settlement — the contract, the dates, the whole team. When they need a conveyancer, a broker or an inspector, they pick one from our accredited partner directory. That could be you.

Free to list · Free to quote · Commission only on engagements you win

Warm leads, not cold ones

Every buyer on Owned has already signed a contract. They aren't browsing — they have a settlement date and a gap in their team.

Buyers with intent

They're under contract with a deadline. When they look for a conveyancer, they need one this week — not eventually.

A profile that sells

Your logo, your brand colours, your services, licence and insurance details — a full business profile buyers read before they choose.

Accredited, not listed

We vet every partner. The badge means something, which is exactly why buyers trust the directory enough to pick from it.

Enquiries in one inbox

Buyers message you through your profile. Quote, negotiate and track every lead from new to won in your partner console.

You see the whole deal

Engaged on a settlement, you get the timeline, documents and the rest of the team — no chasing the buyer for the contract by email.

$

Transparent commission

One flat rate, published up front. Your ledger and payout statements are visible in your console, line by line.

Four steps to your first referral

Apply

Create your account and tell us about your business — services, coverage area, licence and insurance. Ten minutes, one form.

Get accredited

We verify your credentials by hand. Once approved, your profile goes live in the directory buyers choose from.

Answer enquiries

Buyers message you through your profile. Reply and quote in your console. This part never costs you anything.

Get engaged — and paid

When a buyer formally instructs you on-platform, you join their settlement team. That's the only point a commission applies.

You only pay when you win work

No listing fee, no subscription, no lead-generation charges. If a buyer never engages you, Owned never invoices you.

Before you apply

What exactly triggers a commission?

One thing: a buyer formally engaging you through the platform. Being listed, being found, being messaged and sending a quote are all free. If a buyer brings you onto their settlement as their own invited professional rather than finding you through our directory, that's never billable either.

Who decides what my service fee was?

You tell us what you charged, and Owned records it against the engagement. Commission is calculated from the published rate — neither you nor the buyer self-reports the amount, which is what keeps the ledger honest in both directions.

How do I get paid, and when?

Commission flows the other way — you pay Owned, not the reverse. We issue a statement per period listing every engagement, the fee and the commission owed, with GST if you're registered. You'll see each statement in your console before it's due.

What do you check during accreditation?

Your ABN, the licence relevant to your profession, current professional indemnity insurance, and that the business is who it says it is. We ask category-specific questions during the application — a building inspector and a mortgage broker aren't vetted on the same things.

Can several people from my firm have logins?

Yes. A business profile is shared by everyone at the firm, so colleagues can answer enquiries and see the same commission ledger.

Am I locked in?

No contract and no notice period. You can close your inbox to new enquiries at any time from your profile settings, or ask us to delist you entirely. Commission is only ever owed on engagements already won.
